Несмотря на внешнее подобие английского accurate и русского прилагательного "аккуратный", между этими словами никакой связи нет. Русскому прилагательному "аккуратный" в значении "опрятный, убранный" соответствуют английские neat, tidy: a tidy room чисто убранная комната; a neat girl аккуратная девушка, ср. give me an accurate report of what has happened мне нужен точный доклад о случившемся; is your clock accurate? ваши часы точны/правильно идут
